MONTHLY MEETING

The meeting will be held at B’nai Israel, located at 3830 NW 16th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32605.

Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 AM. The meeting itself will start promptly at 11:45 AM.

If you plan to attend the lunch, please RSVP by sending an email to our new lunch address: dwcac4lunch@gmail.com.

We kindly request a $10 contribution for lunch, payable upon arrival.
Both vegan and vegetarian meal options will be available. 

Please RSVP by Saturday, April 18th. 

If you prefer to bring your own lunch, please do not bring any meat or shellfish, as we must observe Kosher guidelines while meeting at B’nai Israel. The synagogue has generously offered us their space, so we ask everyone to respect their beliefs.

Agenda and Speakers

Aaron Klein will be joining us to update members on what is happening as we prepare for mid-term elections. Aaron is the Director of Communications and Outreach for the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections Office for Alachua County. He manages media relations, voter outreach, and community education for the county.

Updates from the Rural Woman’s Health Clinic about community IDs, as well as encouraging members to get community ID at the meeting. Please bring your current ID and information about residency and make the Community ID acceptable everywhere.

There will be a brief update from the Hispanic Caucus
